Pac-Man Fever is back in action! This time, Pac-Man is throwing a party and has invited his other Namco friends to join in on the fun. Players can choose from six characters: Pac-Man , Ms. Pac-Man, Heihachi Mishima, Tiger Jackson, Astaroth, and Reiko. The gameplay is similar to Nintendo's Mario Party, where each player competes in a set of mini-games to advance around the board of three different worlds: Medieval, Space, and Tropical.
The game features a unique twist on the classic party game formula, with players competing in rounds to progress around the board. Each round begins with a mini-game that determines how far a player can move forward. Players can collect tokens, buy raffle tickets, or gamble for more tokens using store tiles. The goal is to reach the end of the board and earn redemption tickets, which can be used to purchase individual mini-games for tournament play outside of the game.
The gameplay offers a fun and exciting experience, with multiple paths to victory. Players can choose from three different game lengths: short, medium, or long, and can compete in solo mode or with friends. With its unique blend of strategy and luck, Pac-Man Fever is sure to provide hours of entertainment for fans of party games.
Pac-Man Fever was released on September 3, 2002, exclusively for the Nintendo Gamecube console.
