Stuntman is a racing game where you play as an aspiring stunt car driver working on major motion pictures. You begin your journey as a Rookie, working on low-budget films, and as you gain notoriety, you'll receive offers from big-budget Hollywood films with large stunts and pyrotechnics.
Stuntman takes place in six different locations, each filming a different movie. Each location has four to eight missions, including chasing cars around harbors, jumping between trains, and jumping through windows. After completing a movie, you can view a trailer of the film with your stunts featured.
Stuntman offers various modes beyond Career mode, such as Speed Tests, Precision Tests, and Stunt Tests. The game also includes a stunt park editor where you can place ramps, obstacles, and equipment in an arena and play it.
You'll drive a variety of cars, including police cars, sports cars, trucks, and armored vehicles in Stuntman .
Stuntman provides informative commentary before each stunt, explaining what you need to do and the importance of timing. You can learn techniques used by real stunt drivers, such as the cannon roll and nitro boost.
Stuntman was released on 2002-09-06 for the PlayStation 2, a racing game that combines driving with stunts and pyrotechnics.
